Biography

Dr. Niaz Ahmed Bhutto is Professor and head of Business Administration Department at Sukkur Institute of Business Administration, Sindh. He did his Post-Doctorate from Edward J Bloustein School of planning and Public Policy, Rutgers the State University of New Jersey USA in 2013 under Fulbright Scholarship Program. He did his Phd in Economics from Hacettepe University Ankara, Turkey in 2007
