Biography

Farhan mainly teach, research and supervise FYP projects of master’s level students related to organizational behavior and human resource management. He is highly passionate about his teaching; he engages students in the learning process using case based method and usually conducts interactive and unconventional sessions. His class activities include role-plays, business simulations, talk shows, live cases and team based activities. He always place students in the center, understand their viewpoints, and encourage them to lead the discussions. He has been teaching following courses to undergraduate and graduate level students: Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Business Strategy, Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, HR Analytics, Human Behavior & Social Psychology, Human Resource Management, Comparative Management, Conflict Management, Technology Entrepreneurship etc. His research interest in mainly inclined towards understanding work behaviors, how they are driven and why they are important to regulate in order to achieve bottom lines. This will help organizations to sustain their operations. Further, he is engaged in writing research based case studies for the case teachers.
