Biography
Dr Khalil A Channa is serving as Associate Professor at Sukkur IBA University. Before taking this position, Dr Channa earned his PhD from University of Edinburgh, in the area of international HRM. He has double Masters: Masters in Research and Philosophies in Management from Lancaster University, United Kingdom and MBA from IBA. He has served as faculty member at Sukkur IBA, Lancaster and Edinburgh University in the field of HRM. He enjoys wide experience of teaching, research, training and development. He has been corporate trainers and consultant, lead trainer to UNDP, HEC,, and other national & international institutions and organisations. Dr Channa has widely published in ABDC A category, ABS, HEC recognised journals and multiple other top indexed journals. Dr Channa has served as cluster head of Management science group, member of academic council, and program director of BBA, MBA, and MS-PhD program at Sukkur IBA University. He has successfully supervised 3 PhD scholars and 15 MS/MPhil scholars as HEC approved supervisor. Dr Channa has professional affiliation with multiple academic and professional organisations such as CIPD UK, Academy of Management, University of Edinburgh, SHRM, USA.
