Biography

Dr. Ubedullah Memon has served the industry and academia, namely; Ericsson Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd, Karachi University, and Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. Since 2013, he has been affiliated with Sukkur IBA University and involved in teaching, training, and research. Memon has served as a trainer in national and international projects such as the Capacity Building Project of CIDA designed for DEOs, HMs, and Principals, Employees’ Capacity Building Project of the State Bank of Pakistan, ASP-LUMS Training Project for Operational Executives, and Writing a Winning Teaching Case Study. Memon has published quality research papers in the top-tier journals, namely, Psychology in the Schools, International Journal of Ethics and Systems, Journal of Public Affairs, International Journal of Instruction, and Global Business and Organizational Excellence. His research areas include the sustainability of education in the terrorism-affected schools through teachers’ perceived resilience, the stigma of preventing girls’ right to education, managing employees’ perceived job risk, job anxiety, turnover intentions, and helping behavior.
