Biography
Memon earned his doctorate from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2022. He remained affiliated with the leading business schools of Pakistan and has the privilege of working with a top-notch multinational organization in a multicultural environment. Since 2013, he has been affiliated with Sukkur IBA University and brightened his career through teaching, training, and research. He has actively contributed to several national and international projects and maintained an impressive record of publishing quality research papers in top-tier journals. His research contribution illuminated the rehabilitation of terrorism-affected schools, the stigma of preventing girls' right to education, female teaching fraternity and fear, post-traumatic maladaptive beliefs, underutilization of human capital, perceived resilience, and positivity.
