Biography

I am passionate about engaging customers, particularly alumni, with their alma mater for long-term organizational success. I have published research in the leading peer-reviewed academic journals in alumni engagement, philanthropy, volunteering as an active citizen, customer engagement, and customer experiences. I bring over 14 years of experience as a real-time marketer, research scholar, case study writer, entrepreneur, trainer, and marketing & management strategy consultant. I am currently employed at Sukkur IBA as an Assistant Professor of Marketing. I am serving as the Lead Instructor of the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), Higher Education Commission to implement the Undergraduate Education Policy 2020, and an International Labor Organization-certified trainer on business startups and entrepreneurship in Pakistan. Additionally, I am an ATLAS.ti certified trainer, encouraging and training individuals on how to use ATLAS.ti to conduct qualitative research effectively. Before joining Sukkur IBA, I worked for KFC Pakistan in various services marketing, customer engagement, CSR, institutional development, and sustainability capacities. Qualitative research, marketing strategy, consumer interaction, alumni relationship, institutional advancement, relationship marketing, organizational sustainability particularly of public HEIs, and social enterprise development are my areas of interest.
