Biography
Dr. Zafarullah Sahito is a Postdoc and Ph.D. in Education From the University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu, Finland with a Specialization in Human Resource Development & Management in Education. Dr. Sahito has a M.Phil in Education with a specialization in Juvenile Delinquency and Learning, MBA (HRM), M.Ed with a specialization in Curriculum Development and Instructions, B.Ed with a specialization in General Science and General Mathematics. Dr. Sahito has more than 23 years of teaching, research, training, and administrative experience at Private and Public Academic Institutions from School to University level. Working in the field of education and teacher education, Dr Sahito earned academic, professional, and research degrees that provided him opportunities to work closely with teacher educators and student teachers; school students and their teachers respectively to know the views of all stakeholders to publish well about the concerned research phenomena.
