Biography
Dr. Syed Aamir Ali Shah is Assistant Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management and MBA Program Coordinator at the Department of Business Administration, Sukkur IBA University. Dr. Shah is a Fulbright Scholar and completed his MA in Economics from Cleveland State University, Ohio, and Ph.D. in Operations Management from Suleman Dawood School of Business at Lahore University of Management Sciences. His research work has been published in world-class journals including the International Journal of Production Economics, Benchmarking An International Journal, and Asian Journal of Management Cases. He teaches courses such as Quantitative Research Methods, Service Management, Business Research Methods, and Operations and Supply Chain Management at undergraduate and graduate levels. His research interests and expertise are in the areas of service operations management, service supply chains, healthcare management, and servitization.
