Biography

Ms. Mubeena is a full time faculty member of Human Resource Management at Sukkur IBA University. She has obtained her MBA with distinction from Sukkur IBA University in 2017. She joined academia to pursue research in areas including Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Neuroleadership. Before joining academia she was An Administration practitioner with experience of 06 years in different national organizations. She served in the capacity of Research Assistant, Assistant Human Resource Development, Assistant Manager, International Accreditations at Sukkur IBA University. Her areas of interest are improving Academic Quality through Accreditations, Teaching, Training and Human Resource Management. Her goal is to have doctorate in the field of HRM and serve the country.
