Biography
Dr. Arbab Manzoor Ali completed his Ph.D. in Islamic Studies (2018-2024) from the Institute of Islamic Studies, Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan. His research specializes in VERSIFIED TRANSLATIONS OF THE HOLY QURAN: A SPECIFIC STUDY OF “NOORUL QURAN” BY MAOLANA HAJI AHMED MALLAH. Dr. Arbab also holds an M.Phil. in Islamic Studies with a focus on Study of World Religions (2015-2017) from the same institute, where he achieved a distinction with a 3.97 CGPA, earning a Gold Medal for standing first in the university. Dr. Arbab has been a permanent faculty member at Sukkur IBA University since July 2019. In addition to his academic roles, he previously served as the Editor of AL-Misbah, a monthly magazine that promoted intra-faith co-existence. Certified as an Alim by a recognized Board of Deeni Madaris, Dr. Arbab worked also a seasoned Master Trainer at AFAQ’s CEF Project, where he led workshops on Quran Curriculum (RQC & UQC) for elementary schools. Beyond his academic and training roles, Dr. Arbab has participated in numerous workshops and programs focused on personality development, professional growth, and career counseling. He is actively involved in co-curricular activities such as speech competitions, debates, poetry, and public speaking.
