Biography
Dr Ali Nawab has around 16 years experience of working with renowned national and international organizations and institutes in various capacities such as Faculty at Aga Khan University, Teacher Educator at Aga Khan Education Service, Principal at Army Public School and IBA Public School and Academic Teacher at Flinders University South Australia. Working in these capacities, Dr Ali Nawab has vast experience of designing and implementing capacity building programs for teachers and schools, leading and managing educational institutes, evaluating management and teaching practices in schools as external evaluator, teaching young and adult learners and supervising research projects of students. He has been awarded with Distinction Award in Research as well as Outstanding Teacher Award by Aga Khan University and Horizon Award by Flinders University, Australia in recognition of continuing professional development. Dr Nawab has published numerous articles in peer reviewed international journals as well as book chapters. He is also working as an Associate Editor with a local education journal and as a reviewer with many international journals. His research interest include professional learning, organizational learning, school improvement and educational leadership and management.
